Ingredients
4, 16 oz Chairman’s Reserve® Pork Tomahawks
1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

 

2. Pat the tomahawk chops dry then rub with ½ tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

 

3. In a large saute pan, heat the rest of the olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chops for 5 to 7 minutes per side.

 

4. Transfer the chops to a preheated oven and bring to an internal temperature of 140°F approximately 5 minutes.

 

5. Let the chops rest for 5 minutes, before serving.
